Post the right way
To keep Gharro trustworthy for genuine buyers and tenants, every listing (property, room, or wanted request)
must follow the guidelines below. Listings that don’t meet these standards may be removed, and the
owner is notified by email with the reason. Following these simple rules keeps your listing live and helps
it reach the right people faster.
1. Accurate & honest information
Provide true, complete details. The title, category, size, features, and description must match the actual property. No misleading or exaggerated claims.
2. Real, clear photos
Upload genuine photos of the actual property. Do not use stock images, watermarked pictures from other sites, or photos of a different property.
3. Correct pricing
Enter the real, current asking price. Fake, placeholder, or bait pricing to attract clicks is not allowed.
4. Valid contact details
A working mobile number, WhatsApp number, and email are required so genuine buyers can reach you and we can keep you informed about your listing. Keep them up to date.
5. One listing per property
Post each property only once. Duplicate or repeated listings of the same property are treated as spam and may be removed.
6. Correct category, city & location
Choose the right category (House, Flat, Plot, Commercial, etc.) and select the exact city and location. Wrong placement makes your listing harder to find.
7. Prohibited content
The following are not allowed and will be removed:
- Fraudulent, fake, or already-sold/rented listings.
- Offensive, abusive, or illegal content.
- Contact details or links hidden inside images or the description to bypass the platform.
- Any content that violates the law or third-party rights.
If a listing is removed
If your listing does not meet these guidelines, our moderation team may remove it and you will receive an
email at the address on your listing explaining the reason for removal. You are always
welcome to correct the issue and submit a new listing at any time. If you believe a removal was a mistake,
simply reply to that email or contact us.
